Born and raised in Brazil, I’ve been called to serve since I was 13 years old. From an early age, I saw how even small acts of care could change someone’s world and how connection is what truly gives life its meaning.
After moving to the U.S. with a business degree, my career path took me across many industries and countries, but my heart never strayed far from service. I became a foster parent at the age of 24, worked with at-risk youth for almost a decade and supported several child advocacy organizations.
Soon after, I began leading philanthropic programs for a tech company, building their corporate giving initiative from scratch. From day one, I watched lives change. Mine included.
That spirit has guided every chapter of my journey and became the heartbeat of B.Hive — an impact travel company built on the belief that we can explore the world beautifully and do good along the way.
